Account Representative - Burnaby

Full Time

As an Account Representative at Mindfield, you will be primarily responsible for managing our client’s District Manager relationships and driving adoption into our Mindfield program. In this role, you’ll be part of the Customer Success team, which involves executing account management tasks, forecasting, inventory selling, and being the team’s key liaison. You will be the Subject Matter Expert for the Mindfield program with our client[s] for onboarding, general program assistance, and issue resolution. This is a professional communications and program adoption-oriented role that involves a high level of speaking, writing, establishing, driving sales, and managing relationships. 

Must Haves 

  • Education: Diploma or undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent years of experience in sales, marketing, relationship management 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales, client/account management, or other related experience 
  • Relationship Management: Cultivating, onboarding, coaching, and supporting clients/accounts  
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience developing outreach communications 
  • Tech Savvy: Tech literate with a high comfort level with learning unfamiliar new systems 
  • Independent: Strong self-motivation, initiative, and focus 

Great to Haves

  • Industry Interest: Knowledge of forecasting, hiring, and staffing needs in the retail sector
  • Related Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, warehouse, staffing, or other high-volume industries and hiring 
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience servicing account needs for a large, high-volume client

We Offer 

  • Live Anywhere in Canada: Fully remote work 
  • Hours: 40 hours, Monday through Friday, daylight hours with flexibility 
  • Pay: Starting at $50,000 to $60,000 per year
  • Frequency: Twice monthly pay 
  • Bonus: Extra monetary incentive and recognition for a job well done 
  • Equipment: Laptop provided and reimbursement for additional technical peripherals 
  • Great Environment: Supportive leadership and team dedicated to finding solutions 
  • Contract: Permanent
